All connections to Horton Search are encrypted using industry-standard TLS (Transport Layer Security). Your search queries are encrypted locally on your device before being sent to our servers, ensuring that no intermediary can intercept your data.

Legal Compliance

We comply with GDPR, CCPA, and other global privacy regulations. However, since we collect minimal data, many of the provisions regarding data deletion are moot—we have nothing to delete because we stored nothing in the first place.
